Bring together all of your favorite Irish flavors with this corned beef burger topped with cheddar cheese, sauerkraut and a Guinness mustard blend.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix corned beef, ground beef, Guinness, Tabasco, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Shape the beef mixture into 4 large patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add each burger patty to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip the patties and then cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes depending on desired doneness. Remove burgers from heat and allow to cool.
- Preheat a broiler. Arrange four buns on a baking sheet and top each bottom half with a burger, followed by a slice of cheese. Put baking sheet under broiler until the cheese has melted.
- While the cheese melts, make the stout mustard by mixing Dijon mustard and Guinness (any stout will work). Add the mustard and sauerkraut to the burger and top with the top bun for serving.
