This "ice cream cone" is perfect for the 4th of Julyâ ¦ young guests will love the surprise inside!

Directions

  1. Trim a little off of each cupcake to shape it like the top of an ice cream cone.
  2. Place each trimmed cupcake in an ice cream cone.
  3. Fill a piping bag with the buttercream frosting.
  4. Pipe the frosting around each cupcake to cover it. (Go down low enough to cover the cone.)
  5. Carefully smooth the frosting with a butter knife.
  6. Add sprinkles and colored sugar.
