Directions

  1. Stuff candy corn (small side first) into the cookie halfway around the cookie. Repeat for all cookies you would like to make.
  2. On the opposite end of the cookie that doesn’t have candy corns, place a dab of frosting. Secure it at a 90 degree angle to the “base” cookie laying flat. Tip: place the cookies against a wall to dry.
  3. While the cookie structures dry, unwrap peanut butter cups. Use a knife in a gentle sawing motion to cut off a sliver of the candy without breaking it. Place a small dab of frosting on the cut side and secure to the cookie structure.
  4. On top of the peanut butter cup, glue a round chocolate candy with frosting. Add yellow dots for eyes and yellow feet. Use the tip of candy corns to create beaks. With red frosting, add a little red turkey neck.
  5. Serve immediately
