These no-bake dessert bars are made with layers of chocolate cookies, marshmallow, peanut butter, and more rich flavors, all drizzled with chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Use foil to line the bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, leaving foil hanging over 2 opposite sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Add cookies in a food processor bowl with a metal blade and cover. Process until cookies are finely chopped.
- Cook marshmallows and butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously, until melted. Mix in chopped cookies and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Press the mixture in the bottom of the lined baking dish.
- Add milk and peanut butter chips to a medium bowl and microwave uncovered on High for 30 seconds. Stir; microwave 30 to 60 seconds longer, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Mix in peanut butter until smooth. Add in peanuts and crushed granola bars. Spread mixture over the chocolate layer. If the peanut butter mixture starts to set, microwave uncovered on High for 15 to 30 seconds or until warm and spreadable.
- Add remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips and the oil in a small bowl and microwave uncovered on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until chips are melted and can be mixed evenly. Drizzle chocolate diagonally across the peanut butter layer. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set. Lift from the pan using the foil edges. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in a cool place until ready to serve.
