Using just a handful of ingredients (many of which you probably already have), these hummingbird blondies deliver tropical, cinnamony flavors for less.   1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Using a hand mixer, mix the cake mix, butter, sugar, milk, eggs and cinnamon together in a large bowl until combined. Fold in the coconut, pineapple and 1/4 cup of the pecans (if using) until combined.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake until light golden brown, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with some moist crumbs, about 35-40 minutes. Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan.
  3. Spread the frosting evenly over the blondies. Sprinkle with the remaining pecans (if using). Cut into squares and serve.

Substitute: Substitute chocolate chips for the pecans to create chocolate hummingbird blondies!
