  1. Melt white chocolate in the microwave in intervals.
  2. Dip the cookies halfway down the cookies in the chocolate and place on a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper.
  3. Before chocolate hardens, place two mini chocolate chips in the chocolate for the "eyes" on the ghost. You could add another on the bottom for a "mouth"
  4. Let chocolate harden before serving! Enjoy!
