- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place in pan with a rack. Coat meat with olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Cook until meat reaches an internal temperature reaches 135F.
- Take meat out of oven, place on cutting board, cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
