Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning together in a small bowl. Toss the bread and butter mixture together on a rimmed baking sheet until coated. Bake, tossing the bread halfway through, until golden brown and crisp, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Place the lettuce cut side down on the grill. Cook until char marks appear, about 1 minute. Place the lemon cut side down on the grill. Cook until char marks appear, about 1 minute.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce. Top with the croutons and bacon. Serve with the lemon wedges and enjoy.

Recipe Tip: Make your own quick Caesar dressing! Simply whisk 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon water, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce together until combined. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
