  1. Cook ham steak in pan set on medium-high heat for five minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Pour hot coffee in same skillet, scraping pan to get all the ham off the bottom.
  3. Add beef broth and flour to separate bowl and stir until there are no lumps. Pour in pan, stir and simmer until gravy thickens. Pour gravy over ham.
