Ingredients
Directions
-
Rub the exterior of the potatoes with canola oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400-degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool until you're able to handle them.
-
Cut the potatoes in half.
-
Leaving some room around the edge (1/4-inch), scoop out the center of each potato.
-
Make a little potato bowl.
-
Rub the melted butter on the insides and outsides of the potato bowls.
-
Place them face-down on the parchment-lined baking sheet and pop them back in the oven for approximately 10 minutes to crisp them up.
-
Mix the Ford Foods Bone Suckin' Sauce with the already-cooked pulled pork and combine well.
-
Fill each potato bowl with pulled pork.
-
Place them back on the baking sheet.
-
Top with grated cheese and pop them back in the oven for several minutes to melt the cheese.
-
Top with a little sour cream.
-
Add the chives.
