Directions

  1. Rub the exterior of the potatoes with canola oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400-degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool until you're able to handle them.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half.
  3. Leaving some room around the edge (1/4-inch), scoop out the center of each potato.
  4. Make a little potato bowl.
  5. Rub the melted butter on the insides and outsides of the potato bowls.
  6. Place them face-down on the parchment-lined baking sheet and pop them back in the oven for approximately 10 minutes to crisp them up.
  7. Mix the Ford Foods Bone Suckin' Sauce with the already-cooked pulled pork and combine well.
  8. Fill each potato bowl with pulled pork.
  9. Place them back on the baking sheet.
  10. Top with grated cheese and pop them back in the oven for several minutes to melt the cheese.
  11. Top with a little sour cream.
  12. Add the chives.
