  1. In a serving bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots and cabbage.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, orange juice and orange zest and whisk vigorously to combine.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix, add cranberries, almonds and salt and toss to coat. Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate and serve cold.
