- In a serving bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots and cabbage.
- In a separate small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, orange juice and orange zest and whisk vigorously to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix, add cranberries, almonds and salt and toss to coat. Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate and serve cold.
