  1. Add half and half to sauce pan set on medium.
  2. When half and half is hot, add American, cheddar and mozzarella and stir continuously until cheese is melted and smooth.
  3. Add in garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne and stir.
  4. Serve with chips, salsa, jalapeños, and cilantro.
