Sweet Mustard Glazed Salmon

Healthy grilled salmon brushed with a sweet ginger mustard glaze.

- Melt the butter, brown sugar and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and add ginger, mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest and coconut oil. Whisk to combine.
- Heat seasoned cast iron stove top grill plate (or cast iron pan) over medium heat.
- Brush both sides of salmon with coconut oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon skin side down and brush the pink side with mustard sauce.
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Squeeze lemon over fish when it comes off of the heat and serve.
