In just one pot you can slow cook a meal that is bursting with flavor, with chicken, smoked sausage, shrimp, vegetables and rice, all of which is covered in a blend of seasonings.

- Add the chicken, sausage, onions, green pepper, celery, tomatoes, garlic, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, thyme and oregano to the slow cooker. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook on low for 5 hours.
- Add the shrimp and rice. Cook on high for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve with a warm, crunchy French baguette with softened butter.
