- Mix the pasta sauce, peppers, onion and garlic in a 6-quart slow cooker until combined. Place the sausages on top of the pepper mixture.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6 hours, until the sausages are fully cooked, and flavors develop.
