  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F, and grease and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the oats, flour and baking powder in a food processor or blender and blend until a fine powder.
  2. Add 2 bananas, milk, eggs, sugar and butter and blend, scraping down the sides as needed until just combined.
  3. Pour the batter in an even layer into the prepared baking sheet. Bake until light golden brown, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Cut the pancake into squares.
  4. Cut the remaining bananas into 1/4-inch rounds. Top the pancakes with the bananas, yogurt, blueberries and syrup. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe Tip: To yield the best results, bake the pancakes in a 13x18 inch rimmed baking sheet.
