Sausage and Cheddar Grits with Fried Eggs

These breakfast grits are loaded with cheddar cheese, smoked turkey sausage, eggs and hot sauce for an extra kick to start the day.

- Bring water to a boil and add grits. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add in cheese, salt, pepper, and a couple of dashes of hot sauce. Stir until cheese has melted.
- Add sliced turkey sausage to hot pan and cook until done.
- Add cheese grits to bowl and top with sliced sausage and fried egg.
