Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream and dressing together until combined. Spread the corned beef mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake until light golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, about 15-20 minutes. Garnish with the parsley. Serve with the crackers and assorted vegetables.
