This fun twist on pizza is a great way to get your kids in the kitchen and make something they will actually eat!

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Fully cook sausage on medium heat in a large non-stick skillet. Drain when no longer pink. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut sausages into 20 pieces. On 10 metal (or wooden) skewers, thread sausage pieces, vegetables and pepperoni. Alternate as desired.
  2. Unroll pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut width-wise in 1 inch wide strips.
  3. Start at the pointed end of a skewer and pierce the end with the dough. Spiral wrap the dough strip around the skewer leaving space for the vegetables and meats to be seen. Wrap the end of the dough around the last ingredient. Repeat with all dough strips and skewers.
  4. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake 10-12 minutes or until veggies are soft and the crust is golden brown. After removing from oven, sprinkle with cheese while the skewers are still hot. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
