  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Combine the marinara sauce, 2 tablespoons of basil and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Use two crescent roll sheets to form a 16x14-inch rectangle. Or if using pizza dough, roll it out into to that same sized shape. Spread the marinara sauce mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Cut the Simek's meatballs into small pieces. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Simek's meatballs and bell peppers evenly over the pizza dough. Roll the pizza dough into a log, starting from one long edge. Use two crescent roll sheets to form a 16x14-inch rectangle. Or if using pizza dough, roll it out into to that same sized shape. Spread the marinara sauce mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and bell peppers evenly over the pizza dough. Roll the pizza dough into a log, starting from one long edge.
  3. Cut the log into 12 slices. Place the slices cut side up in the prepared muffin tin. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the pizza dough is golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with the remaining fresh basil.
  4. For a quick homemade ranch dressing, combine the milk, mayonnaise and ranch seasoning together in a small bowl. Serve for dipping alongside the marinara sauce.

Recipe Tip: You can also use original crescent rolls by simply smoothing out the edges into between each roll.
