Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat your grill on medium-high with the lid closed. When grates are hot, brush with oil to keep corn from sticking, then place corn, shucked, but with husks still attached for easy hand holding, over the heat.
- Turn each cob every 3-5 minutes, depending on your grill, or just until the corn begins to blacken. When kernels are soft, usually in 10-12 minutes, remove from heat and roll each piece in a stick of butter until coated.
- Sprinkle on the Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice and cilantro and serve immediately.
