You may have tried a mozzarella skewer with tomatoes, but this quick and easy appetizer recipe uses two varieties of melon, plus deli ham. These Melon Mozzarella Skewers are sweet and savory and the perfect dish for your next dinner with a few of your loved ones. With the addition of the balsamic drizzle, this appetizer goes really well with Italian dishes or grilled steak. And while you’re prepping, if you realize that you don’t have a melon baller, don’t worry! You can dice your honeydew melon and cantaloupe into bite-sized pieces instead.

- Halve cantaloupe, remove seeds, and scoop out 24 balls using a melon baller. Repeat for honeydew.
- On each skewer, thread: 1 slice of folded ham, 1 cantaloupe ball, 1 mozzarella ball, 1 honeydew ball. Repeat on the same skewer, in the same order.

Present skewers in one layer on a plate, drizzling with balsamic glaze. If waiting to eat,
cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe Tip: No melon baller on-hand? Cut the cantaloupe and honeydew melon into 1-inch bite-sized pieces instead.
