This lemon pepper chicken is grilled to perfection in less than 25 minutes for a quick and easy summer dinner.

  1. Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a large zippable bag. Push the ingredients around with your fingers to combine.
  2. Place the chicken breasts, one at a time, in a plastic bag or in between plastic wrap and use a meat tenderizer or a wooden rolling pin to flatten it a bit. You simply want to make the breasts even thickness. Place the chicken breasts into the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours and up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the outdoor grill to medium to high heat (about 375 to 400 degrees F). Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 5- 6 minutes on each side. Pour additional marinade on the chicken as it cooks, so it coats the chicken. Use tongs to flip the chicken easily. Let sit for about 5 minutes before slicing the chicken breasts.
