Ingredients
Directions
- Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a large zippable bag. Push the ingredients around with your fingers to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts, one at a time, in a plastic bag or in between plastic wrap and use a meat tenderizer or a wooden rolling pin to flatten it a bit. You simply want to make the breasts even thickness. Place the chicken breasts into the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours and up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the outdoor grill to medium to high heat (about 375 to 400 degrees F). Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 5- 6 minutes on each side. Pour additional marinade on the chicken as it cooks, so it coats the chicken. Use tongs to flip the chicken easily. Let sit for about 5 minutes before slicing the chicken breasts.
