Japanese Steak and Noodle Salad

Tender and juicy steak sitting on a thai rice noodle salad!

- Marinate steak in soy sauce and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- Remove steak from marinade and rub with the Asian seasoning.
- Grill on counter top grill or grill pan for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees for medium rare. If using a grill pan, turn steak over halfway through cooking. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain into thin strips.
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, wasabi, honey, ginger and garlic.
