- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the tater tots in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix 2 cups of the cooked bacon, cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, sour cream and jalapeños together in a large bowl until combined. Spread the jalapeño mixture evenly over top of the cooked tater tots. Top with the remaining cheddar and bacon.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 15-20 minutes. Garnish with the green onions and serve.
