This grilled salad is a delicious quick fix option with Greek salad dressing to top it all off.

- Use metal skewers to thread the onion, tomatoes, and Provolone chunks. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Pre-heat the grill to high and oil the grates.
- Grill the skewers until nicely charred (about 6 to 7 minutes, turning every 2 minutes).
- Use vegetable oil to brush the romaine lettuce hearts and season with salt and pepper. Grill the lettuce face down for 3 to 4 minutes.
- To serve, chop the grilled romaine into several chunks and arrange on plates. Remove the vegetables and cheese from the skewers and add to the plates. Toss the ingredients.
- Add the olives and diced cucumbers.
- Top with feta cheese and salad dressing.
