This grilled salad is a delicious quick fix option with Greek salad dressing to top it all off.

  1. Use metal skewers to thread the onion, tomatoes, and Provolone chunks. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pre-heat the grill to high and oil the grates.
  3. Grill the skewers until nicely charred (about 6 to 7 minutes, turning every 2 minutes).
  4. Use vegetable oil to brush the romaine lettuce hearts and season with salt and pepper. Grill the lettuce face down for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. To serve, chop the grilled romaine into several chunks and arrange on plates. Remove the vegetables and cheese from the skewers and add to the plates. Toss the ingredients.
  6. Add the olives and diced cucumbers.
  7. Top with feta cheese and salad dressing.
