  1. Butter the outside of all the buns.
  2. Add 2 slices of cheese to each bun, then place the hot dog inside.
  3. Place buns on pan set to medium heat. Cook until brown, 3 to 4 minutes for each side and bottom.
  4. Serve with mustard and ketchup.
