Even classic recipes need an upgrade. Grandma would agree that this potato salad is as delicious as the original.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut potatoes into bite-size chunks and boil in pan of boiling water 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool and place in a large bowl.
- Gently mix in cheese and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, combine dressing, sugar, celery seed and pepper with half the bacon. Add to potato mixture and stir until potatoes are coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour minutes until chilled (or longer). Top with remaining bacon before serving.
