Directions

  1. Cut potatoes into bite-size chunks and boil in pan of boiling water 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool and place in a large bowl.
  2. Gently mix in cheese and green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine dressing, sugar, celery seed and pepper with half the bacon. Add to potato mixture and stir until potatoes are coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour minutes until chilled (or longer). Top with remaining bacon before serving.
