These, 1-star Guiding Stars approved fruit kabobs are fun for the kids to make and the entire family to eat at your Memorial Day BBQ! They are slightly crunchy from the fruit with soft pillows of chunks of pound cake covered by a hint of orange glaze drizzled over top.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Arrange fruit on kabob stick one after the other, alternating with the cake.
  2. To make the glaze mix the marmalade and water together and pour over the kabobs.
  3. Refrigerate kabobs for one hour to cool and let the glaze set.
