  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemonade concentrate, the cream cheese, and the sweetened condensed milk. Mix (using a hand or stand mixer) until thoroughly combined.
  2. Press into the graham cracker crust, and spread the whipped topping on top, then sprinkle nonpareils if desired. Freeze for several hours before serving.
