These creamy ice pops are bursting with bold berry freshness. Feel free to substitute any berries you wish. They're delicious and healthy!

Directions

  1. Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and banana, and sugar in a bowl and mix. Let the mixture sit for five minutes.
  2. Transfer into the blender.
  3. Puree.
  4. Add the yogurt and blend again until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds.
  6. Add the Popsicle sticks.
  7. Place in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours or overnight, then serve.
