This side is loaded with pecans and marshmallow goodness, but it's super simple to make! Try this easy Fully Loaded Sweet Potato recipe.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. Wrap each sweet potato with aluminum foil and place on the sheet pan. Bake for 1 hour or until soft.
  2. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven, leave the oven on. Remove the sweet potatoes from the aluminum foil. Place on the sheet pan and slice the center of the sweet potatoes. Press the sides to create an opening.
  3. Stuff each potato with sliced butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, pecans and top with marshmallows. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the marshmallows are slightly browned and puffed up. Serve immediately.
