  1. Cut the tail meat into small pieces and put in a large bowl with the claw and leg meat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the bowl with the lobster meat and lightly toss.
  3. Heat two tablespoons of melted butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Toast the outside of each hot dog roll in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Fill each roll with 1/4 of the lobster salad. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted butter on each roll and garnish with 1 tablespoon of chives.
