Whip up this easy Chinese beef and broccoli dish for a quick dinner, for less than $10, the whole family can enjoy.

- Dissolve seasoning mix in the water, set aside.
- Heat the butter and oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add the beef and brown on both sides. Add the onion and cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Deglaze the pan with the white wine or Chinese cooking wine. Stir with a wooden spoon to scrape up brown bits.
- Pour seasoning, cornstarch, and water mixture into the skillet and stir. Cook until the sauce boils and thickens and all beef pieces are coated with sauce. Add the broccoli and toss together to coat with sauce. Remove from the heat and serve over rice. Pour stir fry sauce over mixture if desired. Serve immediately.
