- In a microwave-safe dish, with water, cover and microwave potatoes on high until tender - around 7 minutes.
- While potatoes are cooking, brown beef and sweat onion; drain.
- Add drained potatoes to skillet.
- Stir in peas, chili starter, salt and parsley. Bring to boil.
- Simmer, uncovered around 5 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, optionally.
