- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line one 16 cup muffin pan with aluminum foil, pressing into cups. Coat the foil with cooking spray. Separate the biscuits and split each in half, horizontally, to form 2 rounds of dough.
- Roll and stretch each piece of dough until very thin. Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling onto the center of the dough. Pinch the dough tightly to close around the filling. Place in 1 cup of muffin pan seam-side down. Repeat with remaining biscuits and filling.
- Lightly coat the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for at least 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
