Combine the flavors of butterscotch, banana, whipped cream and your favorite shortcake for a light dessert that everyone can enjoy.

Directions

  1. Make sponge cake. Let cool. Slice into 1" squares.
  2. Make pudding according to package directions.
  3. Beat heavy cream and sugar until it thickens and peaks form in the cream.
  4. Layer half the cake into bottom of bowl. Top with half the pudding. Add a layer of bananas. Pour thin layer of butterscotch over bananas, top with half the whipped cream. Repeat.
