Made with low-cost ground chicken and several ingredients you probably already have on-hand, these zesty sandwiches are a great way to spend less while grilling out. - Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the blue cheese, coleslaw mix and celery, and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, hot sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Grill the burgers for 6 minutes and flip. Grill an additional 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Place the burgers on the bottom half of each bun. Top with the coleslaw mixture and bun top. Enjoy immediately.
