  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the pork loin on the baking sheet.
  2. Mix the mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush the mixture all over the pork loin. Press the brown sugar into the mustard mixture.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F. Remove from the oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
