Enjoy a rich and creamy brioche bread pudding made with a homemade vanilla pudding and baked to perfection for a traditional Irish dessert the whole family will love.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Tear up bread into bite sized pieces and add to a greased 9"X13" baking dish. Sprinkle walnuts over bread.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour egg mixture over bread, making sure all the bread is coated well.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
