With far less sugar than most pre-packaged cereal and oatmeal and all kinds of fruit, nuts and oats, these breakfast cookies are a quick and easy on-the-go breakfast option for the whole family. You'll be loving them too since they can be assembled for $10!

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the oats, flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cranberries, raisins and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and flax meal. Let sit for 3 minutes or until the mixture thickens slightly. Whisk in the banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until combined. The batter will be thick.
  4. Scoop individual spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined or well-greased baking sheet and place in an oven heated to 350 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator up to three or four days.
