Wrap up breakfast nutritiously and deliciously with this tasty burrito! This filling start to the day is packed with all the classic morning foods you love, as well as some new ones for you to try together. With rice, eggs, spinach, hummus, feta and more, this dish will have your family running to the kitchen with excitement every time you make it.

- Add the rice and water to a small skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally until heated through. Set aside.
- Prepare the scramble kits, adding the eggs according to the package directions. Transfer the scrambled mixture to a mixing bowl.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté the spinach for 2-3 minutes or until wilted.
- Fold the spinach, feta and plant-based bacon into the egg mixture.
- On a flat surface, spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each flour tortilla. Spoon equal amounts of the rice and corn over each hummus portion. Divide the scrambled eggs between the tortillas and top with sliced avocado.
- Roll each tortilla into a wrap and slice in half. Serve with the tzatziki sauce.
