- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Layer the onion, pepper, ham and cheese in the baking dish. Whisk the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl and pour over the filling.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and arrange them evenly over the eggs. Brush with the remaining excess milk.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
