  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Cut into smaller pieces.
  3. Drain and rinse the beans.
  4. Combine beans, bacon pieces, chopped onion, mustard, maple syrup, bourbon, BBQ sauce, chopped peaches, salt, and pepper and pour into a 9X9 baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until sauce thickens.
