Nothing beats a juicy burger cooked on the grill and stuffed with jalapenos and cheddar cheese, and then topped off with your favorite burger toppings.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large bowl combine the ground chuck with onion powder, garlic powder, steak sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium to high heat.
- Use either a stuffed burger press or the bottom of a beer can to press an indentation into the burger. Stuff the center with a few slices of jalapenos and shredded cheese. Place a thin layer of ground chuck on top and press to seal.
- Season with more salt and black pepper if desired. Place the burgers on the grill. Let cook for 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Cook about 12-15 minutes for medium, depending on how thick you make your burgers. Top each burger with cheese, bacon, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy immediately.
