BBQ Sundaes

Everyone loves a classic ice cream sundae, but this BBQ-themed sundae filled with all of your favorite BBQ ingredients will be the biggest hit at your next cook out.

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients for sundae assembly. You can use Mason jars, sundae glasses, or other types of large glass serving containers.
  2. Place a cornbread muffin in the bottom of each glass and press it down evenly.
  3. Divide the barbecue pork evenly into the four containers.
  4. Evenly divide the onions and bread-and-butter pickles and add on top of the pork. Add some barbecue sauce at this point, if desired.
  5. Check your layers, you want them to be as clear as possible.
  6. Spoon in the potato salad in even amounts.
  7. Add the evenly divided baked beans.
  8. Spoon in some more barbecue sauce.
  9. Top with cole slaw in each container.
  10. Garnish with extra pickles and a large piece of bacon inserted in the container.
