Breakfast bars like these can take the place of more sugary, regular granola bars. Plus, they're easy to make ahead as meal prep and will save you time!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter and stir well.
  2. Add half the mixture to a greased 9X9 baking dish, pressing down to make the crust. Add chopped apples and then sprinkle the remaining oatmeal mixture on top of the apples. Bake for 35 minutes.
