  1. Drain tuna and add to bowl with bread crumbs and green onions. Stir well.
  2. Add milk and continuing stirring.
  3. Form eight patties.
  4. Heat oil in skillet, add patties, cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve with a sour cream and dill sauce.
